Illustrated, A4 format, 215p, perfect bound; $30. ---------- A discography of 78s, 45s, EPs & LPs by New Zealand popular recording artists from 1949-1997 Compiled by John Smith The most comprehensive discography I've seen, and the only one that documents New Zealand bands. Includes comments, International releases and notes about band membership. Does not include any cd releases! 320p, A4 format, spiral bound; $55 by Maria Barkla An independent publication, that is unfortunately out of print, and I cannot convince the author to keep the book in print.
